Why this will be such a great investment for you...

CORE Concepts is all about helping you reflect, think, and grow.

I write this newsletter because I’ve talked to hundreds of people through social media, everyday conversations, transformative coaching engagements, and client relationships centered on how the mind works. They tell me that these conversations are eye-opening, have really helped them, and that they want more.

So this newsletter felt like a great way to help a lot more people (especially those who aren’t ready or able to invest in deeper coaching or team engagements) get access to the incredible scientific insights that can help you perform at your true potential, feel more purpose and happiness, and use the mind best.

There are many common threads people want to know about:

  • How their own mind works, why they feel and think the way they do

  • How they can tap into their full potential, focus, and feel more purpose

  • How other people work and how to manage and lead best

  • How to form deeper, more trusting relationships

  • How to be more understood and feel more integrated with the people and work around them

CORE Concepts is going to offer weekly insights that ensure you…

  • Learn about and understand all of the above

  • Always have something tactical to try out every week

  • Always have something to share with your team and discuss together

  • Have a community of like-minded people focused on their growth, performance, and ability to manage and lead

  • Take your suggestions and questions and turn them into insightful and actionable posts

Our ground rules to ensure your success and growth are simple:

  1. The newsletter isn’t free, because it creates value for people.

  2. You should actually try the things we discuss. Reading isn’t how growth happens. Trying new things is!

  3. It is perfectly fine to forward the newsletter and share with your team and friends: this is how we can take the most relevant topics and get into meaningful and actionable discussion.

  4. When you do, encourage them to also become paid subscribers…I’m going to use the honor system because I believe my best subscribers are good humans and appreciate the value this will create for them.

I look forward to sharing ideas, hearing your feedback, answering your questions, and building an incredible community of people who want to be at their best!
